COOKIEs are used on this web site to maintain session state whenever you select a new web page on this site. The web site has to know who you are as you travel from web page to web page to tie you back to your login session and provide you with elevated permissions on the site. Some web site administrators can use this technology to violate your privacy and as such, many of the newer browser versions support varying levels of cookie support.
I assure you that I'm not violating your privacy whenever you use this web site domain (PSOA.ORG).
The instructions below illustrate changes to your Internet Explorer browser settings to allow you to login yet maintain a high level of cookie privacy with the Internet.
1. Add the psoa.org domain to your trusted web sites list.
Open Internet Explorer and select TOOLS and INTERNET OPTIONS on the toolbar.

Select the SECURITY tab and then TRUSTED SITES zone. Now click on the SITES button.

Enter *.psoa.org into the ADD text box and click on the ADD button. Make sure the "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone" is not checked. This completes this method to fix the LOGIN problem.

2. Reduce the level setting on the PRIVACY tab to Medium High or lower. However, this method affects all web sites that you visit.
